What Data we Collect:
Each client signs a paper copy of a service agreement which contains:
Contact telephone number
Emergency contact details
Agreement to the use of data for legitimate business purpose
What we do with this and how we store / protect this information:
Service agreements are stored in a locked filing cabinet in paper form, shredded and disposed of once the provision of services end.
Telephone numbers are stored in the work mobile phone for client communication, emergencies and bookings which are backed up to the apple cloud monthly.
The Pets name only is stored in an electronic diary spreadsheet and used to plan our weekly tasks again this is backed up to the Apple cloud monthly.
Invoices contain the clients name and address are stored on a laptop which is backed up to the apple cloud monthly.
The Apple cloud is a backup facility outside of the EEU
We use two social media platforms Facebook and Twitter to promote our business, post pictures of client’s dogs, advertise training classes and events it is possible that these platforms use third party cookies which are outside of our control.
Web server – The web server also collects statistical information pertaining to every visit, including the IP address, the length of time spent on the site and the pages/information accessed and error information for the web server.
We use Google Analytics which allows us to improve our site and your browsing experience, data is collected when you are using our site for sharing with google and search engine providers that assist in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
We do not carry out any marketing or proactive sales activity as our business is purely reactive to the client’s needs, we do not contact clients other than for legitimate reasons relating to the provision of our services for their pet and their pet’s progress / wellbeing.
